Querymemo is free for one website, with every tool and no card. There's nothing to refund.
14-day money-back guarantee
- Ask within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full, no questions asked.
- If you started a monthly plan with the $1 first month, your first full-price payment gets its own 14 days: ask within 14 days of it and we refund that payment in full too.
- This applies to Starter and Pro, monthly or yearly. The $1 first month is for monthly plans only.
After 14 days
Cancel any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and you aren't charged again. We don't refund the rest of a period that has already started.
How to ask
Email hello@querymemo.com from your account's email address, and include the email on your Paddle receipt if it's different. You can also ask Paddle directly at paddle.net, where you can look up your order. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, in the original currency. How soon it shows on your statement depends on your bank.
Your legal rights
This policy adds to, and never reduces, any right you have under the consumer law where you live or under Paddle's buyer terms. For example, consumers in the EU, the EEA and the UK may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days.
Not covered
Accounts we close for breaking our terms aren't refunded, except where the law requires it.
